Both classes are 1/2 hour standing Pilates and 1/2 hour mat Pilates.
Tai Chi Pilates – traditional Tai Chi with Pilates technique. Qigong warm up into Yang short form and Cheng Long Form.
1:00-1:30 Sword Form – advanced students only
